A recent article in the Wall Street Journal featured lucky numbers in real estate. Apparently the number 4 is very unlucky for Asian buyers, similar to the word for "death." Both addresses and listing prices should avoid this number. On the other hand, the number 8 is very lucky, similar to the word "prosperity" or "wealth."
